We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Consultant / Senior Planner to join our Planning team in Sydney CBD, NSW .
Leveraging your technical expertise and proven skills, you'll support our clients by offering sound statutory and strategic urban planning advice and insights.

You will: Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management.
Develop client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice and managing expectations.
Write submissions, proposals and advice that accurately reflects the client's need.
Manage small to medium size projects, including scoping and costing of projects, tracking job costs and coordinating consultants and sub-consultants as needed.
Identify and raise issues which may impact fee estimates or timelines.
Coach and develop team members.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and support the Planning team's Business Plan.

About You: A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Urban Planning.
Holds tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related discipline.
Has some experience in statutory or strategic planning, ideally gained in a consultancy or local government environment.
Excels in prioritising competing demands of multiple projects within agreed timeframes.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and can engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Keen understanding of impacts and issues affecting land use and development.
