Urbis, Shaping futures your way! The Opportunity: Urbis has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant/Senior Planner to join our Planning team in Perth!
In this role you will provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, and the development and subdivision approval processes. As a Senior Consultant, you will bring leadership, credibility, and professionalism to the role, as well as build and maintain new and existing relationships with clients.
You will: Provide a high range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process, and management;Develop client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice, and managing expectations;Write submissions, proposals, and advice that accurately reflect the client's needs;Manage small to medium-sized projects, including scoping and costing of projects, tracking job costs, and coordinating consultants and sub-consultants when necessary;Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and the Planning team's Business Plan;Work alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget, and with a commercial outcome;Promote the firm and its services to create business opportunities;Prepare weekly timesheets and input to monthly accounts;About you: You hold tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related discipline.Why Urbis?
