This role will see you engage directly with high profile banking clients on their most important and challenging business issues and addressing and solving their priority operational problems.
In addition, you will be involved in: Led the implementation of process mining initiatives to uncover insights, diagnose inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance for banking clients.
Worked closely with client teams to understand strategic objectives, align project outcomes with business goals, and ensure successful project delivery.
Analysed data from client processes to identify improvement opportunities, leveraging advanced process mining technologies and methodologies.
Provided expertise on process improvement, guiding clients in adopting and optimizing new practices for enhanced efficiency.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Supported business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and nurturing client relationships within the banking and financial services industries.

In response to strong client demand for our services we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with extensive advisory and transformation/change experience in the financial services, especially the banking industry.
Ideally you will also have the following: Over 4+ years of experience in a strategy & operations consulting role at a leading professional services firm or an FSI organisation (banking or insurance sector) Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of complex program management and the ability to manage multiple work streams in an agile manner and a diverse group of stakeholders through a sustainable change program Proficiency in process mining techniques, tools, and technologies, with experience in applying these methodologies to drive operational improvements.
Prior experience in strategy, transformation, or operations consulting, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear, actionable way to senior stakeholders.
