Part of the Customer and Technology People team, the Senior People Consultant is a trusted business partner to Customer and Technology business stakeholders, providing leadership, advice and coaching to ensure strong performance outcomes whilst supporting growth, development and engagement of our people.
You will have exciting opportunities to work on a variety of strategic initiatives and people programs of work across the employee lifecycle, whilst also supporting day-to-day BAU activity across Customer and Technology business unit functions.
Your core responsibilities will include: Trusted People Business Partner to senior stakeholders in Customer and Technology.
Supporting change and transformation initiatives, leveraging skills and experience in organisational design, change management and employee relations.
End to end leadership of a number of Customer and Technology people programs across the portfolio (including engagement surveys, listening sessions and action planning, onboarding and supporting other cyclical people activities such as performance, talent and remuneration reviews).
Supporting and driving a number of People initiatives aligned to business priorities.
Coaching line Managers on People advisory matters.
Monthly people dashboard reporting.
Using data and analysis to highlight people's priorities and build cases for change.
To be successful in this role, you'll have: High level of initiative and personal accountability Resilient, ability to adapt and work in a complex business environment Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline 3-5 years of Human Resources related experience (preferably in a business partnering capacity) HR experience in both corporate and operational environments driving and delivering positive people outcomes in complex environments (e.g.
numerous industrial awards and multiple business units).
Experience with project coordination/management, consulting and supporting strategic HR practices/projects Experience supporting organisational transformation and change programs Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and exercise strict confidentiality and deal with ambiguity and complexity.
