Our EY professionals ask better questions and work with clients to create holistic, innovative answers that deliver value for our clients.The role:As a Senior Consultant you will work as part of a team in the delivery of workforce strategy, workforce planning and development, change and communication, organisation design and human resources transformation. Based in Canberra, you will support our clients in the government, health, human services, education and defence sectors to build meaningful capability and address some of their most challenging workforce issues.Your key responsibilities:Conduct research, analysis, and client interviews, developing recommendations and reports, prepare stakeholder presentationsSupport the delivery of challenging projects across a range of diverse organisations within government and defenceContribute to the development of proposals and tender responsesSupport the growth of our team and investment in our practice by participating in team development activities.What we are looking for:Experience in a consulting, policy, change, business or strategic HR role. Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
