Senior Consultant, Organisational Development Classification: ANU Officer 8 (Administration)Salary package: $109,945-$117,567 per annum plus 17% superannuationTerms: Full time, Continuing The PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Senior Organisational Development Consultant, looking for a chance to deliver to a diverse portfolio of clients across the University. Located within the central People and Culture Division, the Talent and Capability team delivers strategic people priorities such as executive search, leadership and staff development, talent management, organisational development, engagement and culture, and diversity, equity and inclusion across the University. The Senior Consultant, Organisational Development will have a strong focus on strategic OD priorities such as staff engagement surveys, performance management, leadership, career and staff development, and full responsibility for supporting and executing on key projects. This includes program co-design, project management, collaborating and engaging with peers and senior leaders, facilitation, vendor management, and developing metrics to demonstrate program impact. The position reports to the Deputy Chief People Officer (Talent and Capability)…This is a full-time position.ACLE Services specialises in renewable energy project development throughout Australia. We have a proven track record with over 30 projects in our portfolio. We are focused on developing utility-scale Solar Farms & Battery Energy Storage Systems. Key milestones of our development include: Site selection & acquisition; Project planning & management; Development Permit & Grid connection approval process management. As part of the development team, you have the responsibility to create innovative new technology opportunities that reflect market trend. The role will focus on renewable energy innovation and introduce new technology projects with capacity of over 350MW across Victoria and New South Wales.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Client1. Development of professional relationships at all levels2. Maximise penetration to create ongoing opportunities3. Manage communication flow to ensure clear understanding of project progressStakeholders1. Manage interaction with a wide variety of Government Departments both State and Federal to gain relevant approvals2. Presenting project concept and proposal to councillors and MPs where necessary3. Selection of relevant consultants/experts to provide supporting services to specific project needs4. Manage output quality and quantity of providers5. Local community consultation and engagement6. Active involvement in relevant industry forums to raise company profile7. Facilitate structured meetings with external investors and co-developers during pre- development and post-development stages8. Create, manage and update project data room and facilitate communicationLand1. Securing options to lease and purchase agreement for individual and consolidated land2. Creating new opportunities through landowner engagement3. Negotiating site specific location in relation to environmental impacts with landowners4. Securing third party land rights and caveats5. Securing mortgagee consent where requiredProject Design1. Arranging site surveys to accommodate new developing projects2. Collaborating with project engineers to create geotechnical survey scope of work3. Managing development application process from inception to post approval4. Reviewing development consented conditions in preparation for construction5. Creating management plans for stakeholder endorsement prior to constructionGrid Interconnection1. Facilitating grid interconnection application processes from inception to connection approval2. Negotiating plant study requirements, timeframes and fees3. Managing PoC identification and compliance where requiredReporting1. Reporting directly to Project Director2. Monthly project status reporting is required for internal review3. Monthly project status and reporting as required tailored to client needs4. Ad-hoc as requestedSkills & Experience required for the position:Proven track record of managing development lifecycle of renewable energy projects over 350MW capacity in Victoria and New South Wales;Proven track record of managing a portfolio of renewable energy projects simultaneously through development lifecycle in Victoria and New South Wales;Previous experience coordinating entire connection process with Ausnet Services and TransGrid;Previous experience managing development application and planning applications with Department of Planning Industry and Environment as well as Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning;Have a minimum 3 years' relevant experience in utility scale Battery Energy Storage and Solar farm project development & management with a proven track record;Have business acumen and strategic thinking skills Project leadership and management skills;Plan projects from conception to implementation;Plan, manage and execute each phase of the project life cycle Planning and forecasting;Tracking and monitoring Cost management Scheduling;Quality management;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication;Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads;Ability to work under pressure and autonomously;Self-starter with a strong focus on delivering high-value resultsGarvan's 2030: Discoveries to Impact Strategy is designed to galvanise Garvan's researchers, professional staff, partners, donors and community around our vision of Global leadership in discoveries to impact, and to enable us as an Institute to deliver on that vision – such that Garvan becomes an institute where research discoveries are taken through to patient impact (new treatments, tests and prevention approaches), on a global scale.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a talented and driven Research Officer to join the Cancer Invasion and Metastasis group.
