What's in it for you? As a Senior Consultant or Manager within the Transaction Strategy and Execution team, specialising in Cyber Security, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on the strategic, operational, and technological aspects of cyber security during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
You will be responsible for leading project teams, developing cyber security strategies, and ensuring the seamless integration or separation of cyber security functions in transaction environments.
Lead and manage projects related to cyber security within the context of M&A transactions, including due diligence, integration, and separation activities.Advise clients on cyber security risks, controls, and mitigation strategies during the transaction lifecycle.Develop and implement cyber security frameworks tailored to transaction scenarios, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Conduct cyber security assessments and gap analyses on target companies, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cyber security strategies with overall transaction objectives.Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, clearly communicating complex cyber security concepts and findings.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Stay abreast of emerging cyber security technologies, threats, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services and engagements.What we're looking for We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
