You will lead Teams Voice transformation projects, conduct design workshops, create high-level and low-level design documents, plan site migrations, and migrate users from legacy telephony environments to Teams Voice using Direct Routing and Operator Connect.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams voice migration from Cisco and Avaya to Teams.Experience with gateway configuration and Session Border Controller (SBC) implementation.Strong understanding of UC transformation best practices and industry standards.Deep expertise and knowledge in the following:Microsoft Teams, Voice, Collab, and Teams Room SystemsProficiency in one or more Microsoft 365 workloads like Microsoft Entra ID, Messaging, SharePointExperience in Teams Voice transformation projects with conducting design workshops, creating High-Level and Low-Level design documents, Site Migration Planning, and the migration of users from legacy telephony environment to Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Operator Connect.Telephony concepts such as signaling, codecs, dial plans, phone number manipulation, call routing, and legacy IP / TDM telephony.Experience in configuring Teams certified Voice Gateways, SBCs and Analogue Devices, Teams Phones, and peripherals.Experience in three or more of the following: Collaboration, Security, and GovernanceZoom MeetingsZoom PhoneMicrosoft SharePointMicrosoft Power BIMicrosoft Power AutomateStandards-based Video Conferencing, interoperability and supporting infrastructure.Adoption and change management.Ten+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Unified CommunicationsExperience working with global multi-national enterprises.Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you hold Australian Security Clearance?Which of the following Microsoft 365 certifications have you completed?What's your expected annual base salary?How many years' experience do you have as a Unified Communications Consultant?How many years' experience do you have as a Gateway Specialist?Unisys is a global technology solutions company dedicated to helping people and organizations reach the next breakthrough.
