Our client is seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team. In this role, the Senior Consultant will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic advice and execution support on a range of M&A transactions. From conducting comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence to assisting in negotiations and drafting transaction documents, the Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to clients globally.

Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in financial analysis techniques and guiding them in executing their responsibilities effectively. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations to drive informed decision-making. Stay updated on market trends and developments, leveraging the company's global presence to provide clients with informed guidance on industry dynamics. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
