About the Role The Managed Services team is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide dedicated support to FUJIFILM MicroChannel's key customer accounts which will include desktop, server and cloud support, network troubleshooting, project deployments and expert advice.


What You'll Do You will work closely with the customers and focus on understanding their goals, processes, procedures and people as their trusted and valued advisor.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deploying both Cloud and on Premise based infrastructure solutions.Troubleshooting desktop and server problems, maintaining and support of server hardware and software.Serving as an escalation point for various technologies; BAU L3 Support.Attend account meetings, provide on-site training for staff, and assist with developing IT strategies.Presales, writing SoWs and other relevant documents.Oversee the project life cycle: Delivery, implementation and handover/knowledge-transfer to Helpdesk.Writing documents and manuals around technology deployment and best practices.Training, mentoring and developing junior team member.Stakeholder mapping, management and communications.
