About the RoleAs a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping support the Branch in providing value to customers across retail Home Lending and Small Business channels.
You will provide support with managing, acquiring and growing our portfolio of customers.
You will also play a significant role in enabling the business to continue to grow the Retail Lending portfolio, customer connectivity and NPS rating.

What will your day look like?As a Senior Consultant, you will: Assist the Branch to manage relationships with customers within your assigned portfolioAttend to client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner and in keeping with established service standardsCollaborate with peers in the region to ensure effective support and service deliveryAssist the Leader in building confidence and capability across the team around lending discussionsAssist the Leader as a "second in charge" when required at times of annual leave, or managing the Branch during extended trading hoursWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer baseDemonstrated experience in Home Lending and previous experience in financial services industryStrong interpersonal skills - using appropriate behavioural styles to develop relationships & influence othersStrong communication skills - demonstrated ability to convey and explain information coherently and confidently, both oral and writtenStrong problem solving capacity - ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations into simple lists of components, options or alternativesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
