As a Senior Consultant within the Infrastructure Advisory team based in our Melbourne office, you'll join a team who showcase a passion for projects and the infrastructure sector more broadly.
Our diverse team have a range of mandates on the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in Australia across multiple sectors including renewable energy, transport, health and international development.
We work side by side with governments and the private sector to provide impactful advice. Being part of an energetic team, you will have the opportunity to grow your problem-solving and advisory capabilities while learning innovative approaches to address the infrastructure agenda across Australia.
We work on the most critical projects and infrastructure challenges around Australia and contribute across the infrastructure lifecycle - including policy development and strategy, business case, economic analysis, financial and commercial analysis, taking transactions to market and supporting transaction evaluation, negotiation, execution and contract management.

Your key responsibilities Provide commercial, financial, economic, strategic and transaction advice to clients on high-profile, complex infrastructure projects Be part of teams delivering client facing advisory work including scoping deliverables, drafting advice, leading client meetings and workshops, developing financial or economic analysis and draft deliverables Foster client relationships, internal EY networks and market relationships Support development of detailed proposals, pitches, thought leadership and other business development material. A passion and experience in projects and the infrastructure sector more broadly Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, engineering, economics or law Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and deliver quality pieces of work on client engagements, whilst developing client relationships effectively Commercial acumen and general commercial skills Experience gained from within professional consulting practice, construction or government sectors. An interest or experience in transport and/or renewable energy projects would be highly regarded.
