With our Infrastructure Advisory business flourishing, we now seekan experienced Senior Consultant to join our Perth team.In this client-facing role you will work on a variety of consulting/advisory assignments, and you would work as part of that multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients. Your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm will be critical to the success of our work. Specific role responsibilities are set out below.Within the Infrastructure sector, we work in the Power and Utilities, Transport, Telecommunications and Government subsectors.The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:Working onexciting and challenging commissionsthat improve the way an organisation develops its capital strategy, assesses and allocates capital, and sets up its major programs and projects for success.Providingbest-practice advice and hands-on helpto our clients in relation to establishing, transforming, operating and optimising major programs and projects.Deploying a variety ofconsulting techniquesto improve performance across the capital and project lifecycle.Working as part of anintegrated team;leading workstreams (up to moderate complexity); taking ownership of significant/complex deliverables (supported by others in our team).Supporting thedefinition and development of tools and techniquesthat support our service delivery.Supporting business leaders withbusiness development and practice development.Contributing to acollaborative and supportive team environment.Currently in Australia with full Australian Working Rights.Ability to provide value-adding advice and hands-on help to clients across the sectors especially in the areas of establishment and operation of major capital projects and programs.2 to 4 years' experience in a similar consulting role OR3 to 6 years' experience in a relevant role in the infrastructure, natural resources, or construction sectors.Bachelor degree or other recognised professional qualification in one of the following fields: management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls or information technology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The following are beneficial but are not mandatory:Experience in applying business improvement approaches and frameworks (for example: business process definition, systems thinking, data analysis, change management).Experience in the setup or operation of project / program / portfolio management officesExperience preparing and delivering high quality presentations.Experience preparing and delivering group workshops.Experience in rail, aviation, power & utilities, renewables or defence.Experience in the construction sector in Australia or New Zealand.Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
