Joining Egis means you will have the opportunity to work on projects nationally and internationally.You Will Also Be Responsible ForManage and lead a range of complex medium to large projects nationally and potentially internationally.Develop and implement strategic asset management and sustainability plans to meet client needs and expectations.Implement new initiatives through a whole-of-life asset management lens on assigned projects.Create asset management plans, sustainability and environment management plans,Review asset management and sustainability strategies and carry out carbon assessments.Support preparation of bids and tender submissions.Supervise, mentor and support junior Consultants and Graduates, as required.QualificationsIdeally, you will have over 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role within a matrix consultancy environment. In addition, you will also have:Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline are preferred, and a science and commerce combo degree is also similarly relevant.Demonstrated expertise in an asset management role within a consultancy environment, supporting multiple projects at any given time.Proven experience in road or infrastructure-related projects of scale, nationally and internationally.Expertise in full-lifecycle project management of complex medium to large-scale projects.Interest in sustainability and renewables, as well as emerging technologies related to ESGDesire to further career and mentor junior consultants and graduates.Confident to work autonomously with limited guidance.Excellent client relationship management skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.Analytical and technical mindset.Additional InformationEgis is committed to creating an inclusive, creative culture that embraces diversity and flexibility.
