DutiesThe Senior Consultant – Industrial and Workplace Relations is accountable for providing specialist advice on a diverse range of people management issues and industrial and workplace relations matters. Working within a broader team of specialists, the Senior Consultant will provide advice on State Service contemporary best practice, coaching, case management, and advocacy services.
