Why this job is important As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading large, complex projects rooted in innovative thinking, consumer and market understanding, data analytics, and financial analysis. Your contributions will help strengthen our business core by unlocking new insights that drive action, optimizing customer experience and satisfaction, and identifying business opportunities through continuous improvement methodologies.
What you'll be doing Lead large/complex projects in collaboration with Associate Directors and Partners.Develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities.Use analytical skills to unlock insights from quantitative and consumer analysis.Develop strategies and plans to optimize customer experience.Analyze current systems and provide recommendations for organizational improvement.The skills & experience needed as xxx 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, research, brand, media, or communications.Creative thinker with a strong analytical background, familiar with advanced analytics techniques.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Strong communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SPSS & Q is beneficial.Leadership skills to inspire and mentor junior team members.Why join Kantar?
