As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and leading projects that enhance operational efficiency.
You will analyse current business operations, develop compelling value propositions, recommend strategic improvements, and oversee project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Account Management: Lead the sales process and pipeline for your designated opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying new and repeat business opportunities.
Produce and submit high-quality proposals that address customer needs.
Technical Delivery: Provide consulting services to maximize client investments.
Conduct thorough analyses of clients' business operations and propose actionable improvements.
Deliver complex projects on time and within budget through management of project risks, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring adherence to internal processes.
Qualifications: Relevant Engineering or Information Systems qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of seven years in industry with experience and understanding of relevant OT and IT technologies.
Strong understanding of business workflows and the interaction between different software platforms.
