Perform system integrations between ServiceNow and external tools maintaining data integrity and seamless operations. Provide ongoing support and enhancements, designing and building process and data flows and ensuring robust documentation and support Skill / Competencies / Experience: ESSENTIAL 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Good knowledge of ServiceNow technology landscape to be able to guide team.
