This role will suit someone who wants to invest in their development and accelerate their career. Working closely with senior members and client executive teams, you will be focused on solving complex problems across industries.
Build and strengthen client relationships. Collaborate with team members and clients to frame their business needs. Participate in structured problem solving. Identify and analyse data to inform effective decision making. Independently progress high quality solutions that deliver on client's needs. Present outcomes to client executive teams. What we are looking for Consultants
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional environment. Consulting experience. Experience in asset intensive organisations like manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, warehousing or facilities management. Project management experience and qualifications. Senior Consultants
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional environment. Experience within elite consulting organisations, structured problem solving, story telling. Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and shaping deliverables. Experience in asset intensive organisations like manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, warehousing or facilities management. Project management experience and qualifications. Asset management experience and qualifications. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing project requirements and client needs. What does top talent looks like to us? Someone who can demonstrate they:
