Who we're looking for: Senior Consultant As a Senior Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, with key responsibilities that include:
Taking an active role in completing and executing valuation engagements, encompassing business and equity valuations, purchase price allocations, options and derivatives valuations, impairment assessments, WACC analysis and other related projects;Performing data analytics, research, cash flow modelling and associated financial analysis to ensure rigorous and defensible support for valuations, with exceptional attention to detail;Being proactive in providing an opinion or perspective, backed by logic, rigorous analysis and professional judgement;Preparing high quality reports and related documents which 'tell a clear story' and make it easy for the reader to understand, even where complex concepts are involved; andWorking collaboratively with other parties including, but not limited to, auditors, tax advisors, accountants and lawyers.Ideally you will also have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and Professional certifications such as CAANZ, CFA or CPA.What we offer: exceptional exposure to a vast network of professionals and businesses;professional development opportunities, whether via programs such as the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (IVSC), CFA, CA ANZ Business Valuation Specialist (Macquarie University), as well as hands-on coaching, mentoring and training 'on-the-job'as a growing business, there is potential for long-term career progression, including building and supporting new services and teams; and we are a team founded on trust and care, and offer highly flexible working conditions to support your lifestyle and goals.
