The above salary range is only indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.We are seeking a skilled SAP Senior Consultant with extensive experience in managing different SAP solutions, with a strong understanding of overall SAP principles and practices.Responsibilities:
Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and design innovative solutions resulting in client delight.Lead engagement efforts from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development & deployment in large S/4 HANA transformation programs.Create detailed design and architecture, and process artifacts, implement the solution and the deployment plan.Connect with senior client business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.Contribute to Unit and Organizational initiatives and COEs.Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements.Define, design, and deliver SAP Architectural designs.Work with multiple stakeholders to drive new business opportunities within the existing account base and support new customer acquisition activities.Understand the current client landscape, design and architecture, and identify improvements delivering end-to-end solutions.Provide insights and guidance on how clients can continue to improve and respond to the changing landscape.Enter a partnership arrangement with clients aligned with their values and provide innovative solutions focused on process refinement, cost savings, and automation.Evaluate enterprise-wide SAP application systems and develop detailed analysis reports and recommendations for business-critical systems.Work across functional support areas to tune SAP Applications for optimal performance.Additional Responsibilities:
Lead large programs and diverse teams across geographies.Present proposals and solutions effectively.Strong client-facing experience, great communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Experience in working in a Global Delivery Model (GDM).Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase profitability.Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP.Advanced level of SAP technical knowledge across foundational technologies and at least one specific SAP technology at the Mastery level.Good understanding of Energy solutions and infrastructure.In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP modules such as FICO, Procurement, ARIBA, EHS, PPM, SD, FG, BW4HANA, ABAP.Experience with latest technologies involving BTP, Fiori/UI5, Analytics cloud, and datasphere.Significant hands-on SAP experience in on-premise and public cloud solutions.Lead the development of innovative solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Working experience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology.Educational Requirements:
