Be Resilient. Be Ready. Foresee. Your role As a Senior Consultant, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading projects and providing expert advice to our customers. You will actively contribute to the strategic direction of our services, ensuring that our solutions are optimally aligned with the needs of our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery of Consulting Services in an Organisational Resilience context (Risk, Business Continuity, Incident and Crisis Management). Lead the planning and execution of Complex Training and Exercises at an Interagency Level. Support the delivery of strategic software implementation projects supporting Public and Private sector organizations and corporations in their aim to digitize, integrate and improve their resilience. Contribute to the development of our service offering, providing subject matter expertise alongside thought leadership. Develop strong relationships with clients & industry partners. Embrace the responsibility for nurturing and growing our existing accounts, through the development of up and cross selling opportunities. Keeping abreast with industry developments and integrating them into 4C Strategies Who you are You are an experienced delivery consultant with an unrivalled passion for improving organisational resilience. You inherently understand the challenges our clients face and are excited about helping them overcome these. You bring with you:
Comprehensive understanding of risk assessment methodologies, disaster recovery, crisis management, and business continuity principles. Strong previous experience in managing project delivery; with responsibility for time, cost and quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the anticipation and resolution of potential vulnerabilities and client needs. Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, and foster innovation. Previous commercial experience developing new partnership and client portfolios.
