Overview A Senior Consultant's primary role is to assist in design and execution of software solutions acrossa portfolio of our clients, as well as support solutions previously implemented. You will part of a team that acts as the technical face of the organization, establishing trust with our clients by helping them solve their business problems and improve their processes. A Senior Consultant is expected to demonstrate the ability to not only develop software, architect solutions and see projects to completion but to be the trusted advisor to clients by describing solutions and their relative benefit. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of project delivery implementing or utilizing business-oriented IT/Software solutions within the Energy industry.You would have come from a software development and configuration background with desire to take on complex architectural business problems. Responsibilities Participate as a member of the APAC Services team from understanding the clients' business requirements all the way to implementation of Quorum's solutions aided by Quorum's quality standards and best practices of the organizationWork in a team together with Team leads and Project Managers to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the project on schedule and budget by communicating progress and expectations and escalating issues for awareness and/or resolutionImplementing/configuring Energy Components, and its affiliate software stack, to meet business requirements at energy companiesHands-on in delivery of software, documentation, and projects in support of overall program goals and deliverables.Ensure that clients' needs are fulfilled by providing professional high-quality service and assistance before, during and after customer's requirements are metSupport clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoptionFrequently and proactively communicate project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting, documenting, and interfacing with stakeholders and sponsorsSolve challenging technical support questions related to the solution suiteWork effectively across internal departments (product development, solutions architects, quality assurance, sales, marketing)Provide solution training to clients and employeesAnd other duties as assigned.Requirements University Degree, preferably in a technical or business discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)Minimum 5 years consulting experience in systems, software or IT related discipline. Experience working with Energy Components is desiredSoftware implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and supportExperience completing a minimum of 3 implementation projects or equivalent in supporting customer deliverables Strong technical skills in Oracle database (PL/SQL) and JavaEquivalent or adaptable skillset in software implementation and support within the Energy or Resources industry, including AWS, CI/CD toolsets, Agile and Business Process Optimization Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development and process mapping Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business process challengesAbility to work effectively with cross-functional and global teamsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective internal and customer relationshipsAbility to learn and master new technologiesDetail oriented and customer focusedAbility to develop trust with clients, including technical staff and managementSoftware implementation background or experience working for a software companyAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishYou identify with our values, Integrity, Customer Success, Performance, Teamwork, & Generosity.Preferred Skills Oil & Gas domain knowledge with midstream knowledge preferred.Energy Components experience as an end-user or software development professional.
