The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating businesses to transform their HR functions from strategy, operating model design, through to implementation and change management support. This role requires collaboration with our global network of high-performing teams to accelerate value alignment and support our clients through significant change efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs.Utilise expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations and other project deliverables.Lead change for significant HR transformations, with a focus on SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, or large-scale digital programs.Engage with our global EY network to provide expert transformation advice.Define and measure success metrics to monitor transformation progress.Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries.Work as part of an experienced team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development.Support team growth and practice investment through active participation in development activities.Be an active member of the practice, fostering integration and high performance within the team.Innovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive client impact.What we're looking forHere's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems.Experience working with different HR systems and HR processes including process review and design.Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience.Experience leading change or operating model initiatives for large scale HR Technology system implementations.Experience developing training plans and approaches for large scale HR Technology system and ERP implementations.Leading Workforce Management projects to enhance business functionality and overall performance.Experience leading teams and/or project management activities on large projects.Global consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops.2-5 years of experience in change management and/or organisational design preferably with large-scale organizational change experience.Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
