As a Senior Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products.What you'll be doing… Working with our side by side with our customers to implement our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutionsProviding hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including: DesignConfigurationCustomer support, guidance, coachingCutover, go live and making projects successful!Learning and applying our apply our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all projectsMentoring and assisting our Level 1 and 2 Consultants where neededDrive continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the businessIn conjunction with the Project Managers, work closely with the Product, R&D, Operations and AMS (Application Managed Services) teams to deliver great resultsBasically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during implementation, and you will own all the excitement, pressure and achievement of taking them live!Solid financial understanding including AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, taxation3 + years of ERP Implementation experience would be highly regardedBudgeting experience would be an advantageA degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or similar would be an advantageYou enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environmenA background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, CIVICA or other).Experience with TechnologyOne products would be highly regardedCustomer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experienceTechnologyOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer who values diversity and an inclusive workplace.
