The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team based ineither Sydney or Melbourne where you will help our broad range of clients understand and addresstheir EHS challenges, strategically helping them to advance their EHS performance. You will workclosely with our team leaders and clients to design and implement the right solution based onleading models, frameworks and technology.

Your key responsibilities

You will work as part of a leading and multidisciplinary team across a range of industries,assisting organisations to transform how they approach EHS. This will include contributing tostrategy, risk management, culture change, leadership, analytical frameworks and tools to helpclients succeed and navigate complex regulatory environments.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Minimum three to five years demonstrated EHS experience in either the professional services/consulting industry or equivalent operational EHS experience
Understanding of relevant EHS legislation, regulations, codes of practice and management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Problem solving and analytical skills
Proactive approach to take initiative and identify new opportunities

Ideally, you'll also have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, environmental or health sciences (e.g. psychology), human factors, safety science, or business will be highly regarded
Exemplar Global auditor and Cert IV in Training and Assessment qualifications are desirable
Understanding of the design and implementation of EHS management systems
EHS audit experience.
