Providing an outstanding working environment and career growth opportunities for our team enables us to retain the best people to make that happen.About The RoleAs a Senior Consultant in Privileged Access Management, you will be responsible for managing and implementing CyberArk PAM solutions for Enterprise level clients. You will provide reliable support and technical knowledge to deliver state-of-the-art CyberArk platforms for our clients.We are seeking high performing candidates who are customer-focused and can demonstrate exceptional technical and communication skills. You will be flexible, resilient, driven and committed to continuous learning. You will have a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in your work. We welcome candidates with relevant experience in CyberArk Privilege Access Management products across areas such as technical implementation and support.We are open to candidates from any Australian capital city, and we will consider visa sponsorship.DutiesContinually build on your strong technical specialisation in CyberArk and other PAM products to provide technical leadership in PAM to customers and colleagues.Managing, enhancing and implementing technology platforms to meet client requirements.Conduct platform health checks to identify remediation and enhancement opportunities.Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues.On-board applications to CyberArk and other PAM platforms.Provide reliable service to exceed expectations and strengthen relationship with clients.Skills & ExperienceA minimum of 5 years gained from working in professional services with strong exposure to CyberArk and other PAM products and infrastructure. Prior experience as a system administrator (Windows and/or Unix) would be beneficial.Hands-on implementation experience with CyberArk PAM Self-hosted and/or Privilege Cloud.Experience with the following CyberArk products would be highly desired:Remote AccessEndpoint Privilege ManagementSecretsCustomer focused, understanding customer requirements, overcoming challenges.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements and processes into related PAM solutions that deliver real business value for our customers.A strong interest in security technology, knowledge of emerging industry trends and best practices.Proven track record of successfully delivering privileged access management solutions for a variety of clients.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.Adept in navigating and converting unclear business requirements into sound technical solutions and capabilities.Familiarity with security concepts and technologies in the wider Privileged Access Management space (LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, MFA etc.).Certification in a CyberArk product would be highly desired.
