About the Role
As a Culture Transformation Specialist at Pillar Leaders, you will be an essential partner in our culture and leadership development initiatives. In this role, you will lead and deliver innovative culture transformation programs designed to help organisations define and align their culture with strategic objectives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and team effectiveness.
This role includes designing, managing, and delivering comprehensive transformation programs for leaders (emerging to senior executives). You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored culture strategies, and coach executives to create impactful, lasting cultural change.
This position offers flexible working arrangements, with in-person workshops and coaching sessions in Melbourne combined with opportunities to work from home. Depending on client requirements, travel may also be necessary at times. The role is available in either a full-time or part-time capacity, allowing you to contribute significantly to our mission while managing your work-life balance.
Core Responsibilities
Culture Transformation Leadership : Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of customised culture transformation programs that align with clients' strategic objectives.
Product Development : Drive the development of our culture transformation offerings, leveraging insights from the latest research and real-world data.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management : Collaborate with clients to understand their organisational challenges and objectives. Build long-term relationships to facilitate ongoing culture enhancement.
Organisational Assessment : Use diagnostic tools to gather and analyse culture-related data, identify gaps, and design interventions that align future culture with business strategies.
Change Management Strategy : Create strategies to overcome barriers to culture change, including resistance, lack of clarity, or resource constraints, and ensure alignment between leadership and their culture goals.
Performance Measurement and Reporting : Monitor and measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives through progress tracking, feedback loops, and pulse checks to ensure sustainability and refinement.
Leadership Training and Development:
Collaborate closely with our team of expert coaches and facilitators to design and refine a dynamic curriculum that equips our partners with the essential skills for a thriving, resilient culture.
Sales Partnership Support : Leverage your expertise in culture transformation as a Subject Matter Expert, working alongside the sales team to support and influence the development and closing of new partnerships.
Account Growth:
Take ownership of growing the value of our culture transformation accounts by strategically engaging with clients and actively driving business development efforts.
Key Selection Criteria
Proven Experience in Culture Transformation : At least 7 years of experience in leading large-scale organisational culture transformation, with expertise in change management and/or behavioural psychology. A degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
Leadership and Influence : Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders, translating culture strategies into actionable steps that drive business outcomes.
Facilitation Skills:
Demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence a room, delivering complex ideas in a simple, accessible manner for the audience. Skilled in creating interactive learning experiences, responding to questions in real-time, and maintaining high levels of engagement throughout.
Strong Communication Skills : Ability to articulate complex cultural transformation concepts to a diverse audience, both verbally and in writing.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using diagnostic tools to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Client-Centric Approach : Skilled in understanding and adapting to clients' needs, creating solutions tailored to unique organisational contexts.
Project Management : Proven track record in managing long-term transformation projects, meeting timelines and client expectations.
Adaptability and Resilience : Ability to navigate resistance to change, ingrained behaviours, and limited resources to achieve cultural alignment.
