As a Senior Consultant, you will provide subject matter expertise to clients across various areas including comprehensive credit reporting, responsible lending, best practice bureau strategy, credit modeling, and open banking.
Reporting to the Director of Client Advisory, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in a consultative manner with clients to identify problems and deliver solutions.
Partner with sales as a trusted adviser to key clients, providing consultation to drive their business strategies.
Help build a pipeline for customer analytics and retros, working closely with the credit services analytics team.
Support solution design for clients by facilitating workshops and validating requirements.
Collaborate with Product Management to optimize existing solutions and develop new capabilities and offerings.
Qualifications:
Deep domain knowledge with ideally 8+ years of experience in credit risk, customer management, collections, modeling, analytics, and credit bureau.
Ability to adapt to different work and communication styles to work successfully with a broad range of customers and team members.
Strong commercial understanding and ability to demonstrate return on investment.
