About the Commercial Excellence Team Provide timely performance analysis and insights, embedding a high-performance culture across Retail, Specialised Segments and Digital Channels as well as driving strategic initiatives in partnership with NAB's Product House Domains.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Excellence.
Full-time opportunity in Melbourne CBD.
Your Opportunity Identify commercial insights to understand how the business is performing (both internally and externally) and workshop what interventions are required.
Partner with Executives to drive a high-performance culture and enable positive behaviour change evidenced by an uplift in Retail performance.
Coordinate with Personal Bank Planning and Change to effectively manage initiatives aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
Ensure projects are lead and delivered efficiently and on time, including working closely with key business partners such as the Everyday Banking and Digital Domain.
What you will bring 8+ years demonstrated experience within a Performance, Product and/or Digital role.
Proven ability to engage a team to deliver good customer outcomes and achieve high quality outcomes on time.
Demonstrated experience in providing data analysis and identifying insights.
Ability to time manage, provide performance insights and problem solve.
Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills including ability to clearly communicate and influence executive stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications– ideally a Business, Finance or Banking related discipline (desired).
