Senior Consultant - Business Analysis
to work on some major client projects in Australia.
The position will be full time.
Skill Summary:
10+ years of Technology Consulting and Solutioning experience in core Digital Transformation projects
Excellent in requirement elicitation and prioritisation techniques, scope management, user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
Strong handson documentation experience on core BA artefacts like BRDs, HLDs, LLDs, TDs etc.
Should be having a very strong background in result-oriented Research practices - Market Research & Analysis, Trend Researches & Analysis, Prospect Analysis, Strategic Account Planning etc
Excellent facilitation skills in conducting Surveys, War-room sessions, Client Demos, JAD/JAR/JRP Sessions – Both Internal as well as Client Stakeholders
Ability to build relevant POVs 'on the fly' for business challenges and get the buy-in from customer stakeholders.
Atleast 6 years of handson Experience in owning Technical Solutioning for RFX Proposals core Digital transformational projects
Should be well versed on Business Consulting Tools & Frameworks
Subject Matter Expert for Core Digital tech stacks like RPA, Data, Cloud, IoT, Blockchain etc
Experience in developing techno- Business recommendations based on ROI, competitive analysis, and product feature prioritization.
Experience of dealing with CXO's of client organizations and persuading them towards your company goals
Solid in building strong partnerships with core strategic development partners, cross functional teams and vendors.
Hanson BA expertise of working with Travel and Banking Domain.
Solid business understanding of Banking products like Finacle or BaNCS
Atleast 4 years of end-to-end product testing experience on Banking and Travel Products
Handson experience of working with Travel products like GDS, End-End Travel aggregation platforms, Cargo Management etc
Ability to see the 'big picture', manage risks and dependencies across large, complex issues
Requires an understanding of SQL, software development, and data analytics.
Proven experience in Quality Assurance (UATs), Defect Tracking, Change Control, Systems Integrations and Change Management.
Having RPA project experience or knowhow on RPA Platforms will be advantageous
Qualifications:
Should be an Engineering Graduate with a B-Schooling Degree from Tier1 university
Preferred to have the experience of working with Tier1 Corporate Firms as well as the Startup ecosystem
Should be extremely detailed oriented and have a strong consultative mindset
Ideal candidate should be having the expertise of working on core aspects of IT Industry – Business Analysis/Consulting, Solutioning, Pre-Sales & CRM
Should have managed a team not less than 15 members
Salary - $ 100 K & above
