The role: This is an exciting time for our Healthcare & Consulting team based in Brisbane and as a result of a number of key appointments, we are thrilled to be in a position to expand our team.
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Consultant / Associate Director to contribute to the development of new business and delivery of consultancy services to property owners & occupiers across all sectors (office, industrial & healthcare).
You will be responsible for planning, managing and leading programs across a diverse portfolio of clients, managing the program to agreed delivery requirements of schedule, budget, scope, quality, and risk. Under the direction of Partner, Life Sciences, Healthcare & Consulting you will be required to:
Play a key role in delivering projects which may include (but are not limited to) strategic advice on policy reforms, organisational transformation, program design and administration, business cases and feasibility studies, organisational and program reviews. You will work closely with senior team members and clients to achieve high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines Work with senior team members to support business development activities such as opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and more Support stakeholder communication and engagement activities in a variety of settings, including facilitating workshops, interviews and other consultation activities Collaborate with sector and technical experts to grow your knowledge and network Establishing and managing program governance structures, forums and reporting lines Managing the overall program schedule and resource plans and monitoring project level progress, resource plan and schedules Leading the management of complex risks and issue This role will call for highly developed program leadership and client facing consulting skills, a strong focus on delivering high quality outcomes and a solid understanding of program management disciplines. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills, and demonstrable experience could include:
Experience with highest and best use analysis Experience with business cases to secure government funding is favourable but not essential Ability to oversee high-quality client-ready deliverables and present to senior leadership teams for review Experience and knowledge of program management frameworks and methodologies Experience working across a range of industries including but not limited to, real estate consultancy, life sciences, local Government and Higher Education Demonstrated experience in a public / social policy environment Proven track record in contributing to and delivering projects Strong communications skills with demonstrated business writing and presentation skills Stakeholder engagement and management skills including conducting interviews, workshops, and delivering presentations Critical thinking skills and ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge across a range of policy areas Not the perfect fit?
