The Affordable Housing Initiative is delivering 1000 new dwellings including homes, town homes and apartments for sale to low and moderate-income households in South Australia.

The incumbent will drive the timely delivery of high-quality construction work, working closely with appointed builders, and pre-empt and resolve construction issues, ensuring progress aligns with the construction program and projects are delivered within budget.

With a strong pipeline of work across medium density townhouse and apartments, the incumbent will manage the workload for the construction team of 3 ensuring adequate coverage to deliver homes by 30 June 2026.

Special Conditions Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
The successful applicant will be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
The successful applicant may be required to travel to key regional locations.
Role Status Long term contract up to 30 June 2026.

Requirements Desirable - Tertiary qualifications in a Property or Construction discipline.
