Anglicare provides the Housing Connect Front Door Service acrossTasmania. Housing Connect is the entry point for assistancefor people who are experiencing homelessness or are in housingneed.
Use your experience, skills and enthusiasm to help make adifference with people at risk of homelessness.
About the Role:

We seek an experienced leader in the community sectorwho can develop and manage relationships to ensure our serviceusers are connected to the resources, networks and opportunitiesthey require. They will need to use data and learnings to work incollaboration with other senior Housing Connect personnel toleverage these valuable connections.
To be successful you will have: Demonstrated experience in identifying, engaging,advocating and managing collaborative partnerships andleveraging services and community resources in line with theHousing Connect individual service users' requirements.Capacity to collect and present data to teams andstakeholders to evaluate, improve and innovate servicedelivery.Demonstrated understanding and experience in the design andapplication of evidence-based services.Demonstrated experience in building, inspiring and leadingteams.The Senior ConnectionsManager: Develops and maintains collaborative working relationshipsand partnership opportunities spanning government, business,community services, philanthropy, education providers and otherkey external stakeholders and partners with shared values andpurpose.Works with key stakeholders and Housing Connect staff toprovide high-quality, integrated services to people seekingassistance.Provides advice and guidance to develop, implement, refineand continuously improve Housing Connect Front Doorservices.Ensure that timely and accurate data is collected anddisseminated to support evaluation, continuous improvement andfunding requirements.What we offer you: an attractive salary of $95,025 to $99,353not-for-profit salary packaging available that can increaseyour take-home paya 7% Graduate Loading payable where you hold a degree in arelevant discipline;a friendly and supportive work environment.If you are interested in applying for the position now pleaseclick 'Apply'. The successful applicant will be requiredto: provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable PeopleRegistration (employment/volunteer category) including NDISWorker Screening Checkpresent an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerablepeople type National Police Check (no older than 12months);provide an International Police Check if you have residedfor 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of16;provide a satisfactory Anglicare-assessed medical:provide a current provisional or full AustralianDriver's Licence.On commencement, the successful applicant will be required toundertake our structured Safeguarding Children Trainingprogram.
