Receptionists (Administration & Office Support) Davki, a premier luxury Concierge and Integrated Security Provider that provides an unwavering commitment to exceptional service and an unparalleled experience to our clients.
As we continue to grow and expand our operations throughout Queensland, we seek a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Concierge to join our dynamic team on a new asset located in the heart of Brisbane.
The building 443 Queen Street located in the exclusive Eagle Street precinct sitting on the waterfront inspires greatness and exclusivity.
We seek a new team member which can be the new building ambassador to start 1st November.
About the role: As a Concierge at 443 Queen Street, you will be our esteemed clientele's first point of contact.
Your role will deliver a five-star customer experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued.
Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client experiences.
Maintain and assist in social activations and events.
Assist with deliveries for residents.
Management over carpark entry for residents and guests.
Seek out the best possible value for our residents in their requests.
Develop working relationships with our existing range of suppliers.
Develop and maintain a calendar of proposed quarterly tenant engagement activations and forecasted costings, providing unique, innovative and engaging quarterly activation suggestions and solutions that positively enhance the tenant customer experience, leverage local retailers, community, partners.
Escort customers and guests to escalators and lifts as needed.
Transport arrangements including taxi and corporate car bookings.
Arrange box office tickets for theatre, concert, sports & other event tickets.
Provide concierge services to customers within the premises including restaurant bookings, hire car/limousine services, attractions, VIP bar deals, and priority entry (where available).
Travel requirements including hotel bookings, upgrades, and guidance as required.
Promote retail tenancies from the surrounding areas.
Provide reasonable assistance in communications regarding events and promotions advertised via the portal/posters/lift screens etc.
Provide reasonable assistance to the Property Team to provide keys to contractors as directed by the Property Team.
Assist the Property Team where possible with maintaining the register created by the Property Team of keys provided to contractors by the Service Provider.
Provide direction to mail delivery services where necessary.
About you: Previous experience in concierge, high-end retail customer service, hospitality, or similar customer contact role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for creativity and resident engagement.
Understanding of luxury brands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
A current network of preferred suppliers to work in conjunction with our Company network.
Proactive approach to occupier and visitor liaison.
Physically fit and able to assist with packages.

Salary of 85k – 110k Per annum plus Super.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
