With a strong focus on delivering enhanced, effective, and efficient environmental, community, regulatory, and public health services, the Branch has established a number of new roles to support this vision.The Compliance and Ranger Services Team focuses on ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, local laws, and Council policies relating to building and development compliance, Ranger services, and parking to ensure services are efficiently and effectively administered in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and eager to be part of this exciting transformation, we encourage you to apply!The RoleJoin the Town as our new Senior Compliance Officer where you'll provide a high level of professional guidance, support, and advice to our Compliance and Ranger Services Team. With your solid experience in interpreting and applying legislation relating to building and development compliance, Ranger services, and the enforcement of parking restrictions, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective resolution of complex matters and complaints. This challenging and rewarding role offers diverse responsibilities, including conducting investigations and patrols, providing professional guidance, support, and technical advice to Council's Compliance Officers and Rangers, participating in educational campaigns, and managing escalated Ranger, parking, and building and development compliance matters.
