Whether you're cycling, jogging, or hitting the gym, our facilities are designed to make juggling your health and work as easy as possible.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to be involved in:Taking an active leadership role in Higher Education ComplianceCollaborating closely with stakeholders across EIT to identify and address risk and compliance issuesImplementing and monitoring compliance initiatives, ensuring a cycle of continuous improvementActing as the primary point of contact for higher education compliance queriesManaging the interface between Higher Education and VET complianceProducing and presenting regular reports to EIT governing bodies and assisting with governance-related administrative dutiesNavigating diverse compliance systems, spanning across the globe (UK, South Africa, USA)What Will Set You Apart?Senior Experience & Expertise: You have extensive compliance knowledge and experience, ideally 2-5 years in the Australian higher education sector.
You also have a comprehensive understanding of Australian higher education standards, acts, and codes.Flexibility: EIT operates in an agile and flexible environment.
