The Role
The Senior Compliance Manager will be the key party responsible for managing the regulatory and compliance matters for the business, managing a team of compliance professionals.
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, review, and ensure compliance with regulatory documents and AFSL obligations.
- Managing and developing a comprehensive compliance risk assessment and monitoring program.
- Managing the company's AML/CTF compliance framework and overseeing regulatory compliance with various policies and statements.
- Developing and maintaining robust policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate regulatory risks.
- Organize and conduct compliance and AML training, mentoring junior staff, and staying updated on regulatory change.
- Leading compliance projects and improvements to the framework
- Supporting on systems and controls development to support compliance.
- Ongoing compliance monitoring and reviews.
- Ad - hoc duties as required.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 5+ years regulatory compliance experience in the Australian Financial Services sector.
- Prior experience working in a trading markets environment would be essential.
- Experience managing or leading a team would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
