Senior Complaints and Client Engagement OfficerWorking in the Policy and Systemic Review team, alongside the Principal Complaints and Client Engagement Officer, you will receive and deal with enquiries and feedback from victims of crime and help to resolve Charter of Victims' Rights complaints in accordance with the Victims' Commissioner and Sexual Violence Review Board Act 2024.
In your role, you will engage with victims of crime, victim support services, and justice agencies to assist in identifying systemic issues experienced by victims of crime in accessing support and throughout the criminal justice process.
