Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the role collaborates closely with marketing teams, franchisees, and external partners to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all channels.Key Responsibilities:Communications & Content Creation:Develop and manage a consistent communication and PR strategy across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes crafting key messages, press releases, blogs, and newsletters for healthcare professionals, franchisees, and the public.Public Relations:Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, developing PR campaigns that generate positive coverage. Handle crisis communication, analyze media impact, and provide insights for improvement.Event Management & Marketing Support:Organize and manage health clinic events and marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Support digital displays, website updates, and customer experience enhancements to drive business growth.Qualifications & Skills:Education:Degree/Certificate in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing.Experience:3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field (preferably in retail, healthcare, or franchise environments).Skills:Strong content creation and editorial skills, with the ability to develop strategic communication plans.Proven experience managing PR and crisis communication strategies.Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.Knowledge of the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code is highly desirable.Other Requirements:National Police Certificate.Right to live and work in Australia.Why Join Us?At Wizard Pharmacy, we are committed to supporting our team's professional development.
