About the Role Reporting to the Communication Manager, you will: Develop and implement evidence-based communication strategies.
Create and manage content for newsletters, reports, and publications.
Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for consistent messaging.
Draft, review, and edit communication materials to ensure accuracy and impact.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
Address challenges with innovative problem-solving approaches.
Support budget management and reporting requirements.
Key Skills & Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience across multiple channels.
Ability to use market research insights to inform communication strategies and campaigns.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a consumer-focused approach.
Experience liaising with external suppliers and managing public relations activities.
Proven project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and procurement.
Stakeholder engagement expertise, fostering collaboration at all levels.
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent professional experience (1-2 years).
