Role Overview: We're looking for a Senior Communications Adviser in the Consumer Communications team.
They will be responsible for the development and delivery of impactful communications to consumers of legal services in Victoria.

Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Communications / Media / Journalism / Public Relations and at least 10 years' experience in a communications role is essential. Knowledge of customer experience methodology, understanding of human centred design and completion of the IAP2 certificate in engagement is desirable. Significant experience in public and/or community strategic communications and stakeholder management with a demonstrated ability to contribute to the implementation of high-quality strategies in these areas. Knowledge and experience in writing in plain language. Strong digital communications skillset including Microsoft 365, social media platforms and Google Analytics.
