We are seeking a Senior Communications Officer to support a high-impact project focused on improving organisational operations and stakeholder engagement.
This role involves developing and managing strategic communication initiatives to ensure effective and consistent messaging across diverse channels.
About the Role This role supports a significant project aimed at developing and implementing digital solutions to improve operational processes and information management.
The project is being delivered in multiple phases, with completion planned by mid-2025.
As the Senior Communications Officer , you will be responsible for delivering clear and consistent communication strategies to support project objectives.
Collaborating with a broader team, you will create and manage content across various channels to drive stakeholder engagement, ensure effective messaging, and support adoption of the new systems.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging, multi-channel communication strategies.
Create and manage content for digital, print, web, and training materials.
Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Analyse communication impacts to refine and enhance future strategies.
About You Proven experience in communication strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in similar government or courts and tribunal projects is a bonus.
Australian PR/citizen or on a long-term working visa.
