This is a temporary part-time vacancy within the Strategic Communication and Engagement Team.
You will be responsible for supporting the Branch's strategic communication services by delivering communication strategies, activities, and materials that are strategically focused and informed by consumer insight and best practice.
You Will Be Responsible For: Identifying strategic communication and engagement solutions that add value to divisional priorities and projects and providing high-level strategic advice to divisional contacts about best practice approaches.Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication and engagement services are strategic, customer-focused, and highly effective.Managing community and stakeholder engagement initiatives in collaboration with relevant business areas.Proactively identifying and encouraging the development of opportunities to promote departmental programs and initiatives by collaborating across the branch.Using your demonstrated written communication skills to research, write, and edit a range of communication resources to a high professional standard, including web content, collateral, presentations, narrative messaging, feature articles, and social media posts.Contributing to the development and implementation of advertising campaigns to promote departmental products, services, and initiatives including departmental and Government Advertising and Communication Committee approvals.Supporting team leaders in the implementation and monitoring of consumer insights/research projects.Utilising your demonstrated communication skills to support departmental sponsorship events and activities, including marketing, branding, and reporting.Refer to the role description for further information.
