The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related field.Proven experience in strategic communication, media relations, or public affairs, preferably in a regulatory or government setting.Strong understanding of communication principles and practices, including messaging, audience segmentation, and channel optimisation.Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on empowerment, talent development, and collaboration.Demonstrated ability to drive change and inspire others in complex environments.Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of communication initiatives.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and media representatives.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and insights.Commitment to continuous learning and growth, with a willingness to adapt to evolving communication trends and technologies.
