About the role:
We are seeking two Senior Commissioning Engineers, to work on either a large scale Solar Farm in Mudgee, NSW OR a Wind Farm in Goondiwindi, QLD.
Comply with all Site Inductions, training requirements, and hazard/risk assessments. Review, certify, and close documentation, including daily work permits, to ensure all records are complete and accurate. Ensure punch-list and protection register completion and integrity throughout the project. Complete commissioning documents progressively and review them before each major commissioning phase to prevent safety or environmental incidents. Develop, approve, and adhere to task-specific SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and JSEA (Job Safety and Environmental Analysis) before starting work, and notify external stakeholders of any program changes. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in R2 testing and grid connection testing/commissioning for solar and wind farms. Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Advanced Diploma in Power Systems, with knowledge of power systems protection principles and applications. Strong project risk management skills, including development and implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively through disruption. Full Australian Working Rights, Full Australian Drivers License.
