Your New Role
Working in a 10 person commercial/accounts management team, you'll have plenty of colleagues to bounce ideas off, gain knowledge from, and assist with day to day queries as you onboard.
Your Client portfolio will be matched to your capability (by size, complexity, region) to ensure you can perform well.
Your work is both client and project based, juggling multiple stakeholders and directly engaging with senior leaders (GM, C-Suite) from top and mid tier companies who are quite sophisticated.
You will be involved from initial enquiry all the way through project completion, being the main point of contact, but supported both other departments as required.
You will have access to templates, though every Client's agreement will need some level of negotiation and fine tuning - where you provide your expertise and demonstrate your superior engagement and commercial skills.
Your Profile
There is no specific education or qualifications required, your relatable experience in B2B account management, project oversight, commercial negotiations, understanding of risk, and contracts is paramount.
Ideally you have experience in a major project environment such as: engineering, construction, infrastructure, mining services, or related field.
You have a consultative approach, present well face to face, exhibit business acumen, and play well with others.
The role is a 'senior' level position, so at least 3 years previous B2B commercial account management experience is essential to be considered a senior within this team.
