About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team.
This role is crucial in ensuring outstanding service levels, effective portfolio management, and driving positive cash flow.

Role Objectives: Provide exceptional service and attention to detail in interactions with clients and tenants.Generate positive cash flow for the asset management business.Manage the portfolio and day-to-day tasks efficiently and professionally.Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to manage existing and new properties.Monitor and address vacancy levels promptly.Assist in expanding the management portfolio by attracting quality property management opportunities.Key Duties: Arrange maintenance with preferred contractors.Conduct inspections as per the Inspection Cycle Report.Monitor rental arrears and adhere to KPI targets.Manage lease events, critical dates, and associated terms and conditions.Prepare and implement annual budgets as per client instructions and legislation.Negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals.Build and maintain relationships with clients and tenants.Oversee refurbishments and collaborate with leasing agents to fill vacancies.Utilise Property Management software (Cirrus8 or similar)Prepare and present property management proposals and quotations.Ensure compliance with regulatory conditions and requirements.Provide monthly reports and financial statements to clients.What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Asset Management.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and exercise good judgment.Positive, flexible, and motivated attitude with a high level of administrative support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Re-leased, RP Data, Cirrus8, and other relevant software.Working knowledge of Form 6 and other administrative forms related to Commercial Agency.Confidence in dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors.Initiative, team player mentality, and the ability to handle situations as they arise.How to Apply:
