Our client has been recognised as an employer of choice and one that promotes strong career development for its employees.Reporting to the General Manager Commercial, you will oversee a team of commercial analysts tasked with creating and supporting robust processes and business partnering practices to achieve outstanding financial and commercial outcomes.
You will also present and influence at EXCO level, across a wide variety of topics to include capital investment management, long-term commercial strategies as well as business decision making.Your remit will be broad and incorporate all aspects of business partnering and production of management information and insights.
This includes budgeting and forecasting, investment planning, cost management, growth in the business and in optimising aspects of the planning process, as well as ongoing improvement of reporting and BI tools that support these processes.We are seeking expressions of interest from CA/CFA/CPA qualified professionals with previous experience working in commercial finance, FP&A and/or management accounting for a blue chip/large business.
You will have managed a team and be able to foster a transparent and consultative business partnering approach.
It is important that you possess a hands-on mindset and are comfortable 'rolling up the sleeves' to support the team through the busy cycles and reporting deadlines.
