We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their esteemed team in the heart of Brisbane.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on estate disputes.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial litigation matters.Handling a diverse caseload of estate disputes, including will challenges, trust disputes, and probate litigation.Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.Drafting and filing court documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs.Representing clients in court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in commercial litigation.Demonstrated expertise in estate dispute resolution.Strong understanding of Queensland estate laws and procedures.Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters.Strong business development and client relationship management skills.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities to lead a team.Collaborative and supportive work environment.If you are a seasoned commercial litigation lawyer with a passion for estate disputes, we encourage you to apply.
